Shotgun bullets were among items seized along with cocaine were found during a number of searches in Finglas on Sunday, January 1.
The searches under warrant were carried out by gardai who were targeting gangs in the area that are selling and supplying drugs. Other ammunition, namely 9mm bullets, was found during the search alongside the €6k drugs and shotgun ammunition.
A home and a number of vehicles were searched as part of the Operation Tara discovery. Gardai have said that no arrests have been made in connection.

A garda spokeswoman said: "The ammunition will be sent to the Garda Ballistics unit for analysis and the drugs will be subject to analysis by Forensic Science Ireland (FSI). No arrests have been made at this time. Investigations are ongoing."
