It’s the moment many Plymouth businesses have been waiting for - the shortlists for the PlymouthLive Business Awards 2022 can be revealed. Businesses large and small, and individualists too, have been chosen across 12 categories and will find out which ones have won at a glamorous live ceremony in October.
Every year the awards attract submissions from a wide range of businesses from across the city, from start-ups, to SMEs and major employers and 2022 was no exception. The judging panel this year included Rich Adams, the University of Plymouth’s business engagement manager; Pauline Hands, City College Plymouth’s executive of commercial operations; Steve Warren-Brown, managing director of YGS Landscapes; Lisa Piper. marketing and schools manager at The Cornwall College Group; Stuart Elford, chief executive of Devon and Plymouth Chamber of Commerce; and William Telford, agenda editor at PlymouthLive.
