Winter has well and truly arrived in Scotland, with temperatures plummeting to below freezing, and snow warnings in place for most of the country this weekend.
The Money Saving team, founded by Martin Lewis, released a guide to wearing hooded blankets in order to keep warm without switching the heating on. One of the most popular versions of this blanket type is the Oodie, which is typically the more expensive version of the product.
However, The Express reports that the Australian brand has launched a sale on its hoodies and blankets this festive season.

The Oodie is a wearable blanket that’s made from super soft fleece and consists of an oversized hood with kangaroo pockets. While it is usually an expensive purchase, lots of the designs have been reduced by as much as £25 in their Christmas sale.
However, shoppers need to be quick, as it is expected that these products will sell out as quick as they are put on the website.
One of the most popular items on Oodie is the Avocado Oodie, a hooded blanket that features smiling avocados. The price of the popular Oodie has been slashed from £89 to £59, giving you a saving of £30.
An excited Oodie purchaser commented: "I’m always cold so I’m always warm in this! And I love avocado on toast!” Other fans said: "OMG!!! I love it, I am literally as warm as toast in it."
And a third wrote: "I live in this now - this is the comfiest thing I have ever owned." More designs and patterns are available on the Oodie website right now.
