Shocking Border Crisis: Terror Cells Infiltrating Through Open Borders

Nonprofit Border911.com educates on the importance of border security.

Title: Border Security Concerns Heightened as Experts Highlight National Security Risks

In a recent interview, former acting ICE Director Tom Homan and a group of immigration and border experts announced the launch of their nonprofit organization, Border911.com. The aim of this 501c3c4 organization is to educate the American public on the criticality of border security in maintaining national security. Homan and his team intend to devote the next year to disseminating information that will prompt voters to consider the importance of border security when heading to the polling booths.

Homan emphasized the need to educate the public concerning border security's impact on national security, including the alarming mistreatment of illegal immigrants by cartels along the southern border. While the opioid and fentanyl crisis has gained some attention, the sheer numbers of unvetted individuals entering the country from countries like Iran, Syria, Egypt, Afghanistan, China, and Russia have raised concerns. The question arises: Are these individuals seeking better lives for themselves and their families, or could there be potential terror cells infiltrating the country through the porous border?

Homan unequivocally asserted his belief that terror cells have indeed exploited the open border policy and stressed the importance of recognizing that such policies stretch back beyond the current administration. He underlined the alarming consequences of this lax border control, citing statistics that indicate only 32% of Americans approve of President Biden's immigration policy. Additionally, December witnessed a record-breaking influx of over 300,000 people crossing the border, with reports suggesting that more than 85% of them are being released into the country without thorough vetting.

The implications of this open border policy extend far beyond border states; they have consequences for cities nationwide. Reports showcase the impact of uncontrolled immigration on cities like Chicago, New York, and Denver, as well as Dayton, Ohio. Moreover, Homan's organization, Border911, has emphasized the devastating toll of over 120,000 fentanyl-related deaths, further heightening concerns regarding national security.

Homan's close collaboration with Michelle Obama during the Obama administration shed light on the shared responsibility for the current border situation. Homan and his team stressed that the American people have a momentous opportunity in the 2024 elections to redirect the nation towards stricter border control before irreparable damage is done.

The alarming increase in opioid-related deaths, human trafficking, and the presence of individuals on the terrorist watch list apprehended at the border have raised clear and present concerns about national security. Homan invoked his vast experience in the field, spanning over three decades, to emphasize that under the previous administration, individuals crossing the border would have been detained in ICE facilities, awaiting deportation, rather than being released into American cities. The lack of empathy demonstrated by the current administration and the record number of migrant deaths (over 1,700 on U.S. soil) underscore the magnitude of the national security failure.

As the public becomes increasingly aware of the grave implications of an unsecured border, the urgency to address this situation and its impact on national security grows. The American people, armed with this knowledge, have a significant responsibility to elect leaders who will prioritize border security and protect the nation from the clear dangers posed by an uncontrolled influx of individuals and illicit substances across the southern border.
