NEW DELHI: The Indian Olympic Association (IOA) president PT Usha on Wednesday expressed shock and disappointment after wrestler Vinesh Phogat's disqualification appeal from Olympic Games was quashed by the Court of Arbitration for Sport.

The ad-hoc division of CAS rejected Vinesh's demand of a shared silver medal after the grappler was disqualified for being 100gm overweight ahead of her Olympic final bout.
