A top Edinburgh cocktail bar has announced that it has teamed up with sushi experts Shinsen to create an exciting new food and drink offering.
The team at Daiquiri, which opened on Morrison Street across from the EICC last December, say the collaboration with Shinsen Sushi will see the Japanese food specialists taking over their kitchen.
The top mixologists and cooks from both teams will now work together to provide some delicious dishes paired with Daiquiri's signature cocktails such as the 'Freaky Tiki' and the 'Sweet for You'.
Famous for their 'Western twist' on Japanese cuisine, Shinsen have made a name for themselves by creating handcrafted sushi dishes from their current site on Broughton Street.

They are also hugely popular for their vegan and vegetarian specials.
Posting about the collab on their Facebook, the Shinsen team wrote: "We are going on a new adventure together with The Daiquiri Edinburgh. DM us and book now for your ultimate sushi & cocktails experience.
"Find our signature sushi, Japanese-inspired dishes & delicious cocktails at 83 Morrison St."
Callum Woods, who runs The Daiquiri, said: "The Daiquiri is super excited to let all of our customers try this amazing menu the guys at Shinsen Sushi have put together."
