Shelbourne coach Alan Quinn suspended from all football-related activity after breaching betting rules

Shelbourne coach Alan Quinn has been suspended from all football-related activity for four months for allegedly breaching the FAI's betting rules.

The association said in a statement on Saturday that the former Ireland international had breached their Disciplinary Regulations relating to betting.

The breaches are connected to 18 League of Ireland games between 5 August 2022 and 5 May 2023, with the punishment imposed by an Independent Disciplinary Committee following a personal hearing.
