A multi-billionaire sheikh and his wife face losing their £8.3million London home in Britain's most expensive street, after being beaten in a High Court fight to prove it belongs to her.
Makiyah Al Jaber and billionaire Saudi-born businessman Sheikh Mohamed Bin Issa Al Jaber claimed that according to an Islamic custom - which dictates that a husband must provide a house for his wife which is then owned by her - their family home in Winnington Road, Hampstead Garden Suburb, was her property.
