A dog rescue centre has issued an urgent appeal to find a home for "one of the most nervous dogs it has had at the rescue". Many Tears Animal Rescue centre has had three-year-old Springer Octavia at its base in Cefneithin, Llanelli, since November last year. But they said she was finding life at the kennel "overwhelming".
The charity said she needed a quiet home to reach her full potential, something they did not believe she would be able to achieve as long as she remained there. An appeal explained how she would need a special understanding and loving home with adopters who would do everything they could to prove she was safe.
Octavia has been described as a "project dog who may never be ‘normal", but one who "deserves the world" and deserves to find her "happy ever after". Get stories like this straight to your inbox with our newsletters.
