A woman who had just reported a fraudulent transaction says she was contacted again about an hour later by someone claiming to be from her bank.

The caller allegedly referred to the earlier incident and claimed there were new problems with her accounts, including a supposed attempted wire transfer and an unfamiliar device. She became suspicious when the caller began giving instructions about how to access her money, ending the conversation before contacting her bank through an independent channel.
