Johnson took to her Instagram Story to update her followers on the situation, expressing gratitude to the medical staff for their care.
The mishap took place after Johnson and her husband put their children to bed. Upon hearing Jett crying, Johnson rushed to his room and found him with a facial injury. It was later revealed that Jett had fallen while trying to get back into his bed in the dark, hitting his face on the metal bed frame.
