Shaughna Phillips has teased that she "doesn't care what she looks like anymore" after having become a parent.
The reality TV star, now 29 - who rose to fame on Love Island in 2020 - announced the arrival of her daughter Lucia last week, with the newborn now just over a week old.
The former islander took to Instagram yesterday to mark her own birthday and teased in her post that she had just obtained a birth certificate for her newborn daughter.
She shared a photo of Lucia asleep in a baby carrier alongside a keepsake related to the birth certificate, as well as a photo that showed Shaughna sat beside her daughter.
Shaughna seemed to have gone make-up free in the photo, which showed her sat in a restaurant wearing a brown dress that she'd accompanied with a black jacket and sunglasses.
She wrote in the caption: "Happy birthday to me & happy one week old to my dream girl Lucia, the only present mama could ever wish for. Lucia also became an official person today! Life is so much more now, I'm obsessed."
As reported by by OK! magazine, Shaughna later shared the photo of herself and Lucia on her Instagram Story and wrote about no longer caring over her appearance.
The outlet reports that alongside the photo she wrote: "Insta is so much easier when you don't care what you look like anymore". She's said to have included a laughing emoji.
Shaughna recently spoke about her appearance after sharing photos of herself on a walk. They featured in a post that she uploaded just a few days ago on Instagram.
The post prompted praise in the comments section, including from one follower who said Shaughna had been "completely real" in her appearance on the recent outing.
The reality TV star responded to them, writing in her reply: "I can honestly say for the first time in my life I truly realise how you look is the least important thing about you!"
Shaughna further wrote in the comments section recently: "I have never looked so rough but I've also never been this happy and in love in my entire life."
