Shaughna Phillips is keeping fans up to date with first-time parenthood, after giving birth to a baby girl earlier this month.
The Love Island star, 28, joked it took blood and sweat to pump just under 50ml of breast milk for her tot, named Lucia.
The influencer shared a picture on her Instagram story of a milk bottle in her manicured hand, with the liquid reaching just under 50ml, and wrote: "This took blood, sweat and nearly tears [laughing/ crying emoji]."
The 2020 Love Island star announced the birth of Lucia on Thursday, sharing the happy news on Instagram.
The star shared a picture of herself smiling in the hospital with her tiny baby wrapped in a pink blanket and white hat, and then a photo of Lucia lying in a coat, wrapped in a white blanket.
She wrote: "My darling Lucia, I wish I had you sooner so I could love you longer.
"04/04/23. 8lb 8oz. 8:10pm."
Geordie Shore star Vicky Pattison was one of the first to comment on the new mum's announcement, writing: "Congratulations gorgeous girl."
Reality TV's Chloe Ferry added: "Congrats."
Other famous pals to congratulate the star were Love Island's Danica Taylor, Tasha Ghouri, Indiyah Polack and Paige Turley.
Fellow islander Demi Jones wrote: "I'm so incredibly proud of you!! She is absolutely beautiful like her mummy... I love you so much!! Congratulations my angel girl."
The happy announcement comes after a tough couple of months for Shaughna following the arrest of her boyfriend and baby daddy Billy Webb.
Shaughna previously revealed that Webb "isn't around" after he was arrested and charged with drug offences in January.
She previously said that people "don't know what to say" to her since the news of Webb's arrest broke - describing the awkward fact as "the elephant in the room".
The star announced in October that she was expecting her first baby, sharing the news of her pregnancy with footage of her having an ultrasound scan as well as clips of a positive pregnancy test.
The TV personality, who appeared on the sixth series of the ITV2 show, wrote alongside the footage documenting the pregnancy: "Our greatest chapter yet".
The video, which she shared with her 1.4 million followers, began with a clip of her attending a scan and also included footage of her excitedly showing off a positive test to the camera.
At the time, Shaughna had kept her boyfriend's identity a secret, first revealing his name with the clip of their baby scan which read: "Shaughna and Billy's baby," revealing her partner's name.
Of the romance, she told OK! in October: "We knew each other as teenagers and we were in the same circles. But we’ve both had partners and it’s never really been the right time."
"We were friends beforehand and then we got together romantically around the summer 2020."
