Beador mentioned that Alexis Bellino, who has a history with legal matters involving Beador, is somehow connected to this lawsuit. Beador hinted at the coincidence of Bellino's presence in both lawsuits but did not confirm if she believed Bellino influenced Janssen's decision to sue her.
In the past, Beador was involved in a defamation lawsuit with Jim Bellino, Alexis Bellino's ex-husband, where she was initially dismissed but later awarded $138,000. Beador expressed her willingness to pay Janssen the full amount he claims she owes him, but he declined the offer due to a non-disparagement agreement requirement.
Janssen's lawsuit alleges that Beador breached their oral contract and committed promissory fraud by not repaying him. He is seeking the $75,000 loan amount, plus interest, costs, and attorneys' fees. Beador, on the other hand, argues that the money was a gift.
The relationship between Janssen and Beador began before the filming of 'Real Housewives of Orange County' Season 17 in 2019 but ended in November 2022. Janssen is now dating Bellino, hinting at a possible engagement in the future.
