Shannen Doherty’s longtime Malibu home has sold for $7.65 million, nearly two years after the actress died following a lengthy battle with cancer. Doherty bought the five-bedroom property for $2.56 million in 2004 and later described it as a private sanctuary where she could escape the demands of Hollywood. The home was listed for $9.5 million in August 2025, more than a year after her death, but attracted a buyer only after several price reductions. Realtor.com reported that the property eventually went under contract after its asking price was reduced to $8.25 million. The final sale closed for $600,000 below that figure, ending the Malibu chapter of a home closely associated with Doherty’s personal life.
