Wales legend Shane Williams has named the three uncapped rookies he would like Warren Gatland to select in his World Cup training squad including one who "can't be overlooked anymore."
Gatland will name his training squad for camps in Switzerland and Turkey over the next few weeks before they embark on three warm-up Tests against England (twice), and South Africa, respectively.
And Williams has urged the New Zealander to take a look at Ospreys pair Keiran Williams and Morgan Morris along with livewire Scarlets wing Ryan Conbeer.

"There's Keiran Williams at the Ospreys who I think has been superb, and is a player who is a little bit different to what Wales have gone with in comparison to the likes of Joe Hawkins, and Nick Tompkins," said the former World Player of the Year.
"I really wanted to see him have an opportunity during the Six Nations so I hope he's involved again to get some more experience.
"I'm a big fan of Ryan Conbeer at the Scarlets. He plays in a position where we are quite strong in but he's a player who has impressed me both this year and last year with the Scarlets.
"But one for me who I really hope gets an opportunity is Morgan Morris for the Ospreys."
Ospreys No 8 Morris has been one of most consistent performers in the United Rugby Championship for the past few seasons but has not had a look in with Wales to date.
Wales are blessed on both the blindside and openside but there are very few genuine alternatives to Taulupe Faletau at the back of the scrum.
There are many critics who doubt whether Morris has the size to play Test rugby but Williams is adamant he has what it takes to step up.
"I've covered the Ospreys several times this year and he hasn't had a bad game," said Williams.
"He's had a seven out of 10 plus every time he's played, and he was superb against the Dragons recently.
"He's been renowned as a big ball carrying, strong at the breakdowns with turnovers but with the ball in his hands he's always playing in the right positions.
"He almost looks like a bigger version of Justin Tipuric at times because he finds himself out in the midfield, and he's a distributer while he's got a lovely step on him.
"I think he's getting better and better. He can't be overlooked anymore."
In his pomp Williams was universally regarded as one of the best wings on the planet, if not the best, so he is well-placed to pass judgement on anyone playing in his old position.
Wing is not a position of weakness for Wales with the likes of Louis Rees-Zammit, Liam Williams, Josh Adams, Alex Cuthbert and Rio Dyer all vying for places.
But Williams would like Gatland to take a close look at Scarlets wing Conbeer who has impressed at regional level over the past few seasons.
"He's got the potential to play international rugby although the step up is big," said Williams.
"When I watch him I like his work rate. He's strong over the ball, he carries the ball well, he runs inside and outside shoulder lines, and he gets his running lines right which is why he scores so many tries.
"Sometimes it's just an easy shoulder ball and he's under the posts. He's got all the attributes that I like in a winger.
"Has he got the out and out pace of Louis Rees-Zammit? No, probably not but he is a player who gets heavily involved.
"I like the fact that sometimes he looks like he's been tackled but he wriggles out of it. He's strong with a low centre of gravity, and the Scarlets always seem to bring these types of players through.
"I think he's got the attributes to be a good international winger but the problem is in Wales we tend to have a few good wingers or full-backs coming through."
Wales have endured a torrid time over the past 18 months with home defeats to both Italy and Georgia costing Wayne Pivac his job while under the returning Gatland they finished fifth in the Six Nations with just one victory to their name.
But over the summer Gatland will have to months of uninterrupted access to his players, and Williams is confident this will make a big difference to their chances of competing at this autumn's World Cup in France.
"Two months' access to his players is a hell of a lot different to two weeks' access," said Williams.
"He knew his old guard. He knew all about his Alun Wyn's and his Ken Owens' but did he know much about Jac Morgan and Hawkins? No
"He certainly didn't have enough time while he also had new coaching staff with him as well.
"It was never going to be an easy Six Nations.
"I was a bit worried before the Six Nations how much access he had to the players and my understanding is it wasn't very much so two months is a whole lot of difference.
"At the training camps I can ensure you these boys are going to get flogged and are going to get worked hard.
"It's not only going to be fitness but working in combinations. They are going to have to work their socks off because they are going to be put to the sword.
"They are going to have to be mentally and physically tough. Some of the players will be able to hack it and some won't.
"Some people enjoy and thrive in those environments while others struggle. I've seen it myself.
"I've no doubt they will be better, more prepared, and stronger for the World Cup."
