Shane Lowry knows how to celebrate and he has certainly enjoyed himself over the last 24 hours or so.
The Offaly man was almist in tears after Rory McIlroy's missed putt at the death ensured a first victory in three years was in the bag at Wentworth.
The newly crowned BMW PGA Champion celebrated his richly-deserved win in style last night with friends and partied the night away despire having to set the alarm for dawn this morning. Hilariously, the 2019 Champion Golfer of the Year captured some of the events from last night, by taking part in the first drink/last drink challenge.

The trend which was popularised on TikTok, shows participants about to take their first drink of the night, before jumping ahead in time to see a person's last drink of the night.
Plenty of people got involved in the video including Lowry's coach Neil Manchip, his manager Brian and his caddie Bo Martin. It is the Co Down man Martin who steals the show in an expletive-filled monologue to the camera.
Unsurprisingly, the video shows Lowry and his mates getting more and more, eh, let's say jolly as the night goes on. The Irish ace certainly seems to be in tip-top shape as he ends the video, putting an end to rumours started by Padraig Harrington that the 35-year-old was a lightweight because he failed to answer Paddy's call at 3:30am.
Lowry managed to make his 6:45am car pick-up this morning - even if it does appear as though he consumed copious amounts of coffee to arise from his slumber.
Regardless, it looked like a cracking night, and let's hope none of the lads in the video are feeling a bit 'tired and emotional' on this beautiful September evening.
