Shamrock Rovers have snapped up Chloe McCarthy from DLR Waves, while Sligo Rovers have brought in Keri Loughrey from Donegal Women.
Former underage international McCarthy had a spell with Shelbourne before spending the last two seasons with DLR Waves.
The defender said: “I am delighted to be joining Shamrock Rovers Football Club. It’s a great opportunity for me to continue my development as a player.”
Meanwhile, Ireland underage international Loughrey (17) earned the move to Sligo after impressing in training and in a pre-season friendly defeat last weekend to Athlone Town.
Bit O’ Red boss Steve Feeney said: “She is a really exciting young player and one we have been keen to get into the club for a while now.
“It is great that she has joined us ahead of the new season.
“With all young players, they need some time to progress and develop and we will help her do that and are all excited to have her with us.”
