Shakira has riled fans after reportedly skipping a queue to see a Halloween attraction - while other families had to wait.
The Hips Don't Lie star, 45, is said to have been fast-tracked into the Tower of Terror in Barcelona with her kids and two security guards.
In a video shared on Twitter, Shakira can be seen entering the venue with two children and an adult.
The post shares the caption: "Aquí el vídeo para quien lo quiera ver. Llego y entro, cuando la cola duraba casi una hora", which translates to: "Here is the video for those who want to see it. I arrive and enter, when the queue lasted almost an hour".
A witness at the attraction said: "They began to separate everyone, and Shakira appeared with her children and two security agents and they sneaked in.
"Despite people crying out, Shakira doesn't flinch. The organisation said that they let in whoever they wanted.
"The attitude is what horrifies all the attendees. Everyone was outraged, because it is a very cr**ppy image," reports Socialité.
The Mirror has contacted Shakira's reps for comment.
It's been a bit of tough time for the Colombian of late having separated from her children's father earlier this year.
The mum-of-two called it quits with Barcelona star Gerard Pique, 35, after a decade together.
The footballer was later papped with 23-year-old Clara Chi Marti - prompting Shakira to throw shade at her ex in her new song.
Monotonia references the “narcissism” and “cold as Christmas” attitude of a mystery man.
The video for the track features the star sobbing in a supermarket aisle - eating crisps.
“It wasn’t your fault, nor was it mine," Shakira sings.
"It was monotony’s fault. I never said anything but it hurt me. I knew this would happen."
Shakira has also been ordered to stand trial for tax fraud.
The singer had been warned that she could be jailed for up to eight years if she is found guilty of an alleged £12 million tax fraud.
After denying the allegations, the star will now stand trial for tax fraud, according to AFP.
Shakira is accused of pretending to live abroad and using an existing complex offshore corporate structure to avoid meeting her tax obligations from 2012 to 2014 despite starting a relationship with former Man United defender Gerard in 2011 and moving to Barcelona.
The songstress, whose full name is Shakira Isabel Mebarak Ripoll, has continued to deny the allegations, insisting she "trusts her innocence and chooses to leave the issue in the hands of the law," in a statement which was made on July 27.
