Shakira has reportedly sparked a family feud after displaying a witch mannequin facing her ex mother-in-law's house.
Gerard Pique's mother Montserrat Bernabeu has reportedly noticed a black witch on a broomstick mounted on the terrace of Shakira's house in Barcelona, according to Spanish newspaper Marca.
Bernabeu reportedly asked one of Shakira's staff to turn the witch around so it wouldn't face towards her house, which is on the same street, according to Spanish show 'Mas Vale Tarde'.
Spanish journalist Marc Leirado Millan hinted the feud had been going on for weeks and tweeted: "Weeks ago, I got some information that Pique's mother was worried about an alleged ritual that was done to her with a black witch.
"But I didn't give it any more importance."
Mirror Online have contacted Shakira's representatives for comment.
Shakira and Gerard ended their marriage in May last year after 11 years, and Shakira was reportedly planning a move this month with the couple's two children to Miami away from her ex-husband.
However, due to Shakira's 91-year-old dad being hospitalised in Barcelona, the move is understood to have been paused.
Meanwhile, Shakira's bitter battle with husband Pique and his new lover has been the inspiration for a new 'revenge' song, according to sources.
Shakira, 45, has taken swing at her footballer ex and his new 23-year-old girlfriend Clara Chia in her new song.
Harsh Spanish lyrics when translated to English call out her ex's behaviour, particularly as it is rumoured Gerard and Clara began before his marriage to Shakira ended.
In her song, Shakira sings: "I’m worth two 22’s.You traded a Ferrari for a Twingo. You traded a Rolex for a Casio."
She further savages the new couple, as she makes a dig at footballer Gerard: "A lot of gyms. But work your brain a little bit too."
It isn't just Gerard that Shakira attacks with her lyrics, as in another part of her collaboration with Argentine DJ Bizarrap, Shakira makes another clear allusion to Barcelona-born Clara with the lyrics: "She’s got the name of a good person.
"Clearly is not how it sounds."
The song, called 'Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol 53' has only been released in Spanish so far. However, fans have immediately spotted the pointed lyrics towards Gerard and new beau Clara.
In another section, Shakira sings: "You left me the mother-in-law as a neighbour. With the press at my door and a debt with the taxman.
"You thought you’d hurt me and I came back stronger. Women don’t cry anymore, women invoice."
As part of an agreed custody agreement, Gerard Pique will get to see his children during holiday times.
The couple signed a child custody agreement at court in the Catalan capital late last year.
