Shaken — and stirred: How Delhi Metro looks to reduce vibration, noise

NEW DELHI: From noise barriers along many elevated sections to rail fasteners and springs at underground stretches, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has always tried to not only make a train ride comfortable for commuters, but also those living close to corridors by minimising noise and vibration from train movement.
