Many predicted more West African restaurants in 2025 and London already has a new opening.

Shakara, a modern, high-end concept has opened in Marylebone, not far from the Chiltern Firehouse. It’s the work of former MasterChef: The Professionals semi-finalist Victor Okunowo, who leads the kitchen, and consultant chef Ayo Adeyemi, formerly of Akoko.
