NEW DELHI: Former Pakistan captain Shahid Afridi has urged the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) to adopt a unified captaincy policy across all formats to avoid internal conflicts and infighting.

Afridi's suggestion comes after star batter Babar Azam stepped down from captaincy in all three formats following Pakistan's early exit from the ODI World Cup last year.
