The Scottish Football Association (SFA) has published the independent review into events at last season's Scottish Cup quarter-final between Rangers and Celtic at Ibrox.

On March 8, the two clubs took part in a highly-fuelled Old Firm clash in Govan, which saw Celtic emerge victorious on penalties after 120 minutes of action.
