Sexual harassment section won't stand when woman was wearing sexually provocative dress, says Kerala court

KOZHIKODE: The sexual harassment Section 354 A of the Indian Penal Code will not prima facie stand against the accused as the woman complainant "was wearing sexually provocative dress", the Kozhikode sessions court has observed while granting anticipatory bail to writer and activist Civic Chandran.

District sessions judge S Krishna Kumar made the observation relying on the photographs produced by the accused along with the bail application.
