A sex assault victim has warned that it will take years to change a court system that she fears makes victims re-live the horrific ordeals.
Sarah Grace, who is herself a solicitor, was sexually assaulted in 2019 when Ibrahim Elghynaoui, who had 33 previous convictions, climbed into her home and abused her.
He was aged 28 when he was sentenced last March to 10 years for multiple charges, including aggravated sexual assault that caused internal damage.
