A man has been charged with burglary and sexual assault following two separate incidents.
Carl Roberts, 53, of Aldgate, in Ellesmere Port, has been charged with burglary following an incident on Allport Road, in Bromborough, when multiple items were stolen overnight from a house. He has been remanded into custody and due to appear at Wirral Magistrates' Court today.
Roberts was also charged with sexual assault following an incident at a house in Llandudno on Tuesday, May 10 last year. For this offence, he has been given conditional bail and is due to appear at Wirral Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, July 12.

A spokesperson for Merseyside Police: "A man has been charged with burglary and sexual assault following two separate incidents in Bromborough and Llandudno. Carl Roberts, 53, of Aldgate, in Ellesmere Port, has been charged with burglary following an incident on Allport Road, in Bromborough, when multiple items were stolen overnight from a residential property.
"He has been remanded into custody and due to appear at Wirral Magistrate’s Court today (Thursday, May 11). Roberts has also been charged with sexual assault following an incident at a residential address in Llandudno on Tuesday, May 10 last year.
"For this offence, he has been given conditional bail and is due to appear at Wirral Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday, July 12."
