Early Saturday morning, a devastating bus crash occurred east of Vicksburg, Mississippi, resulting in the loss of seven lives and leaving dozens injured. The commercial passenger bus, a 2018 Volvo, veered off westbound Interstate 20 near Bovina, as reported by the Mississippi Highway Patrol.
Among the victims were two siblings, aged 6 and 16, who tragically lost their lives in the accident. Warren County Coroner Doug Huskey confirmed the identities of the deceased passengers. Thirty-seven other passengers were rushed to hospitals in Vicksburg and Jackson with varying degrees of injuries, the severity of which is yet to be determined.
