Seven candidates filed to appear on Colorado’s Republican presidential primary ballot

Republican Colorado Donald Trump Asa Hutchinson Chris Christie Nikki Haley Ron DeSantis Ryan Binkley Vivek Ramaswamy the US Supreme Court

The filing deadline for the Colorado Republican presidential primary passed on Dec. 11, 2023, and the ballot listing was certified on Jan. 5, 2024. Seven candidates filed to appear on the March 5, 2024, ballot. In order to file, candidates had to submit a petition containing 5,000 signatures or pay a $500 filing fee. 

The following candidates filed:

  • Ryan Binkley
  • Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie
  • Florida Governor Ron DeSantis
  • Former U.N. Ambassador and South Carolina Governor Nikki Haley
  • Former Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson
  • Vivek Ramaswamy
  • Former President Donald Trump
