Set of Beatles watches selling for £16,000 in aid of music charity

A set of four Beatles themed watches is available to purchase - for £16,000.

After producing four successful limited-edition watches honouring the work of the Fab Four, Raymond Weil has launched a unique four piece set of watches in aid of Nordoff Robbins, the UK's largest music therapy charity. The high end watch company will donate 100% of the sale proceeds to Nordoff Robbins.

The Beatles set is presented in a wooden case and is available for £16,000, as part of the collaboration with the charity which uses music "to enrich the lives of people with life-limiting illness, disabilities or feelings of isolation". Nordoff Robbins' music therapists work with the understanding that music evokes different reactions and responses in people.

Now, one music fan can combine their love of the legendary and revolutionary band with supporting the charity. One lucky collector has the opportunity to purchase the four piece set, which contains each of the ‘0001’ Limited Edition models.

The inaugural Beatles-themed watch, the maestro 2237-ST-BEAT1, was released in 2016. It sported a silver dial marked with various album titles positioned around the hour track. One year later, in 2017, Raymond Weil released the maestro The Beatles “Abbey Road” Limited edition. This was housed in a 39.5mm stainless steel case and featured a black dial that emulated the appearance of a vinyl disc.

In 2019, the brand launched the maestro The Beatles 'Sgt Pepper’s' Limited Edition. A replica of the drum motif, pictured on the album cover of ‘Sergeant Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band’, took pride of place at the heart of the dial.

This year, Raymond Weil released the 'Let it Be' maestro, an open worked watch, revealing the regulating organ, spring barrel and a plethora of other parts usually hidden from view. The watch set is available to purchase from Raymond Weil by clicking here.
