A serving Metropolitan Police officer has been convicted of harassing a female colleague while on duty with unwanted texts, calls and emails.

PC Harvinder Dulay, attached to the unit covering Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham, and Kensington and Chelsea, was convicted Thursday of one count of harassment after a trial at City of London Magistrates’ Court.
