Does Serta offer free shipping?
Yes, all orders include free shipping as standard which should arrive in 1 - 4 weeks of order placement depending on the items, but there are also upgraded options available for additional fees if you'd like to receive your goods sooner or add on extra services. Note that Serta only delivers to the 48 contiguous US states at present, and cannot ship to Alaska or Hawaii.
Can Serta set up my mattress?
If you'd like the Serta team to set up your mattress or bed frame upon arrival, you can opt for white glove delivery at the checkout for an additional fee. The brand also includes this service free with any orders shipped via RXO.
Fees vary depending on your order and address, but the service includes set up of your new mattress or frame, removal of packaging, and the removal of an old mattress model. Note that the team will only remove mattresses that are in sanitary condition.
What is the Serta returns policy?
If you’re unhappy with your mattress order, you can return it within 100 days of receiving it thanks to the Serta 100-night trial. However, the brand highly encourages customers to keep their mattress for a month before making any decisions, as this gives you time to break in the foam to fit your body better.
To start a return, fill out the returns form on the Serta website, and the brand's team will be in touch to help you organise prepaid return shipping or a collection (depending on how your order was initially shipped). Note that the return policy for non-mattress items vary - for pillows and accessories, it is usually 30 days, whereas most bed frames are non-returnable.
