Brian Larson, a former senior associate in JPMorgan's rotational Chase Associate Program, has filed a discrimination lawsuit in Manhattan federal court and complained that his boss, Peter Bergman, repeatedly made disparaging comments about his sexual orientation and eventually forced him to resign.
