Seoul stampede kills at least 146 with 150 more injured after street crush at Halloween event

At least 146 people have been killed in a stampede amongst Halloween crowds in Seoul.

Officials said the death toll in the South Korean capital had risen to 146, with 150 others injured, in one of the country's deadliest tragedies on Saturday evening.

CPR was administered in the middle of busy streets after the horrifying crush.
