Senior Glasgow City Council staff take salary increase as workers face pay cuts

MORE than 20 members of senior Glasgow City Council staff benefitted from a pay increase between 2023 and 2026 while 11% of employees now face detriment, new figures reveal.

A Freedom of Information (FOI) request shared exclusively with the LDR service details that since 2023, 23 members of staff have either received a promotion, a temporary promotion or have had their salary re-graded.
