Senior citizen FD rates 2026: Use an FD calculator to maximise your retirement returns

Senior citizens earn a higher rate on Bajaj Finance Fixed Deposits, and an online calculator helps estimate exactly how much that translates to at maturity. Rates go up to 7.75% p.a. within the 31 to 60-month tenure band.

  • Senior citizen rate: Up to 7.75% p.a.; general rate: up to 7.40% p.a.
  • Senior citizen benefit: Additional 0.35% p.a. over the prevailing general rate
  • Minimum investment: Rs. 15,000; tenure: 31 to 60 months
  • Payout options: Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual, or at maturity
  • Safety ratings: CRISIL AAA/Stable and ICRA AAA (Stable)
