Senegal's football bosses say they will appeal to keep 2025 Cup of Nations title

Senegalese football bosses said on Wednesday they will appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (Cas) against the decision of the Confederation of African Football (Caf) to strip their national team of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations title and award the trophy to Morocco.

"The Senegalese Football Federation condemns this unjust, unprecedented and unacceptable decision, which brings African football into disrepute," it said in a statement.
