Senate To Vote On Pam Bondi's Nomination For Attorney General

Senate Majority Leader John Thune has expressed his support for Pam Bondi, President Donald Trump's nominee for the position of Attorney General at the Department of Justice. A vote on her nomination is expected to take place late Tuesday or early Wednesday, with the Senate planning to proceed with the vote around 1 a.m. ET on Wednesday morning if no time agreement is reached with Democrats.

Bondi is known for her tenacity and tough stance on crime.
