MUMBAI: The Shiv Sena (UBT) has strongly criticized the Shinde-BJP government for purchasing the Air India building in Mumbai to house state government offices while relocating the Air India headquarters to Delhi.

The party, in an editorial in Saamna, expressed concern over the government's decision to buy the "Air India" building for Rs 1,600 crore, emphasizing the impact on employment opportunities in the 22-storey structure.
