Senator Tim Kaine, the Democratic 2016 vice presidential nominee, recently shared his optimism regarding the Harris-Walz ticket for the upcoming election. Kaine emphasized the importance of energy and unity in securing a victory in November.

Reflecting on past campaigns, Kaine noted that while the Democrats were united under President Joe Biden's 2024 reelection bid, there was a lack of energy. Additionally, unity was a challenge following a June debate. However, Kaine highlighted that with Vice President Kamala Harris leading the ticket, there has been a notable surge in energy and a renewed sense of unity within the party.
