Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young looked radiant as she cradled her growing baby bump but admitted she missed her husband and his two children.
The reality TV star, 34, announced she was pregnant with her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa last month, which is due in early 2023. On July 24, the couple also announced that they are expecting a baby boy which Heather has dubbed as the "miracle baby".
Heather has been a doting step-mother to Tarek's two children - daughter Taylor, 11, and son Brayden, six, with his ex-wife Christina Haack - and has often spoken about her struggles to conceive during her " pregnancy journey".
She was left to her own devices on Sunday as Tarek and his two children went on holiday to Cabo in Mexico but the mum-to-be was recommended by her doctor not to travel.
Before she whisked her family to the airport, Heather posted a sweet photo of Tarek with his arms around his two children with the caption: "My loves heading to Cabo".
She then added another photo of a close friend laying on a sofa, writing: "Girls weekend. Well sweats and food & sleep.
"@therealtarekelmoussa, kids & the family are in Cabo. I stayed behind because of my Dr. Recommendations. Missing my [white love heart emoji] and family."
The real estate agent then posted a mirror selfie of herself cradling her blossoming baby bump whilst stood in her walk-in wardrobe.
She was wearing a an all-khaki ensemble of sweatpants, sports bra and hoodie in the immaculate photo.
Heather wrote: "Hi baby boy" followed by a blonde woman holding her bump emoji, which looked distinctive like the reality star.
Her weekend continued with a spot of online shopping in search of a "bumpsuit" for her pregnancy while enjoying a "Sex and the City marathon". She captioned the video: "Total girls relaxing weekend" with a white love heart emoji.
Heather and Tarek began dating in 2019, following TV star Tarek's divorce from Christina in 2018. Tarek and Christina were married from 2009 until 2018.
They tied the knot last autumn, in romantic scenes which they opted not to let Selling Sunset cover – but the build up to the big day was documented on the Netflix show.
The couple's wedding was aired in a special, Tarek & Heather: The Big I Do, for HGTV – the network where Tarek's show Flip or Flop is aired.
