In a show of support for World Mental Health Day, pop star Selena Gomez has shared her personal journey with a trailer for her new documentary, Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me.

Directed and produced by Alek Keshishian, who’s famous for Madonna: Truth or Dare, which was also produced by Apple TV+, the documentary spans six years in the singer-actress’s life.
