Seedrs success for soft drinks maker sold by Lidl, M&S and Waitrose

Seedrs Lidl M&S Waitrose

A £5m fundraising target has been smashed by a soft drinks manufacturer whose products are sold by the likes of Lidl, M&S and Waitrose.

Liverpool-based Happy Drinks Co, which also has a global partnership with the official Emoji brand, has so far secured almost £6m from 637 investors on Seedrs.

The company was founded by 2017 by CEO Ian Minton and Steve Wilkinson and was valued at £48m ahead of the fundraise.
