TV host Piers Morgan was quick to respond after a group of cheeky children roasted him on Britain's Got Talent.
The broadcaster took to Twitter as the ITV show aired on Saturday night to give his verdict on the act. Piers was on the original panel of judges for the show when it launched back in 2007. He stayed on the programme until 2010 and also presented series six of America's Got Talent.
And he wasn't left out as the Manchester Communication Primary Academy impersonated the show's current judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and David Walliams, as well as hosts Ant and Dec. In a cheeky skit of how the show was born, the children acted out how Piers Morgan's audition had gone, reports Birmingham Live.
A young boy strode on to the stage in a suit as he impersonated the former newspaper editor. He walked up to fake Simon and simply said: "Blah blah blah blah, blah blah blah blah."
Host Ant McPartlin couldn't stop laughing at the impression as he quipped: "Yeah that's exactly how he talks!" And he wasn't the only one impressed.
Taking to Twitter while watching the show on Saturday night, Piers tweeted a series of crying laughing emojis in reference to his impression. The troupe received a standing ovation from the whole panel and four yeses, with David Walliams joking that their hilarious impressions were "so true to life".
