A Black Country security firm has been acquired by a rival in the North West.
Willenhall-based Security Hardware, which is part of the Eurocell group, has been bought out by UAP, a specialist in locks and hardware for doors and windows headquartered in Whitefield, Greater Manchester.
Established 15 years ago, Security Hardware specialises in hardware for domestic PVC-U doors and windows which is supplied online and through more than 200 Eurocell branches across the UK.
