A Secret Service agent has been placed on administrative leave following allegations of sexual misconduct against a staffer for Vice President Kamala Harris. The incident reportedly took place during a trip for advance security planning in Wisconsin.
The U.S. Secret Service Office of Professional Responsibility is currently investigating the misconduct allegation involving the employee. In a statement, a Secret Service spokesperson emphasized that the agency upholds the highest standards for its personnel and that the employee in question has been placed on administrative leave pending the outcome of the investigation.
