After a break of more than eight months without a small-screen offering, Marvel is back with another new TV show. Secret Invasion, the first Disney Plus series since 2022's She-Hulk, sees Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) team up with allies old and new to try and prevent a world domination plot masterminded by shapeshifting Skrulls.
Consisting of six episodes, director Ali Selim calls the series "a six-hour movie unto itself" – though that doesn’t mean there’s no chance for a sequel. "When it ends, I hope you feel satiated and complete," he tells SFX magazine in the new issue, which features The Witcher on the cover.
