As Tropical Storm Beryl continues to wreak havoc in the Houston area, a second fatality has been reported by local law enforcement. The latest victim, a 74-year-old woman, tragically lost her life when a tree fell through the roof of her home in Harris County’s Precinct 4.
According to a Facebook post by the constable in Precinct 4, police responded to the scene following a report of the tree collapse. The post confirmed the woman's death, stating, 'We are saddened to report that the 74-year-old victim has been confirmed deceased.'
