A 13-year-old girl has gone missing in Bournemouth with police saying they are "concerned for her welfare" due to the length of time since she was last seen.
Officers are appealing for help from the public to locate the teenage girl who has gone missing in the Southbourne area.
Kiara Millward, aged 13, was last seen at around 8.30am on Wednesday and so has been missing for two days.
Dorset Police have given a description of her and are asking for anyone who has seen a girl fitting her description to get in touch.
She has blonde coloured hair and five feet five inches in height while she has a slim build.
Kiara is believed to have been wearing a black skirt and top, along with pink fluffy sliders, and carried a black handbag.
Inspector Jon Wasey, of Dorset Police, said: “Due to Kiara’s young age and the passage of time since she has last been seen, we are concerned for her welfare.
“I would urge anyone who has seen Kiara, or a girl matching the description given, to please get in touch.
“Finally, if you see this appeal Kiara please contact us or your family as we all just want to make sure you are OK.”

"Kiara Millward, aged 13, was last seen at around 8.30am on Wednesday 13 July 2022 in the Southbourne area.
"Kiara is described as white, five feet five inches tall and of slim build with long blonde hair. It is believed she was last seen wearing a black skirt, black top, pink fluffy sliders and was carrying a large black handbag."
