Search for missing man stood down after body discovered in Dublin

A search for missing man Aidan Kelly has been stood down following the discovery of a body.

The 41-year-old was last seen on Thursday morning before he went missing from his home in Malahide, Co Dublin.

Gardai found the body in Donabate on Friday.

Aidan was described as being approximately 5 foot 11 inches in height with a medium build. He has brown hair and blue eyes.

A search was launched after gardai, and Aidan’s family became concerned for his welfare.

A garda spokesperson said: “An Garda Síochána would like to thank the media and public for their assistance in this matter.

“No further action is required and no further information is available at this time.”
